HR tech startup PeopleStrong acquires PayReview

HR Tech company PeopleStrong has acquired tech platform PayReview In an all-cash and stock deal.

PayReview company will now be a part of PeopleStrong’s HR Tech 4.0 platform. This acquisition will help both companies to bring efficiency and transparency to traditional compensation management, enabling enterprises in APAC to drive data-driven talent strategies and improve business profitability.

The basic objective of this acquisition is that to bring together Work-Pay and Talent Compensation, a solution designed to automate the compensation review and pay-increment process, providing an intuitive and powerful solution.

Gurugram-based PayReview was Founded in 2017 by Anuraag Srivastav and Dinesh Gadge, PayReview was started with a vision to bring transparency and fairness in compensation management using technology.
