InterviewDesk, an on-demand technical interviewing platform, has raised an undisclosed amount in seed funding round from Sugumar Natarajan, Executive Director, Anil Foods.
Other angle investors including the former Amazon leader Lakshminarayanan Venkatajalam, Former Amazon Recruiting Leader Karthick Chandran, also participated in this round.
The startup plans to use the funds to grow its technical and business teams to improve the technology that powers the platform.
The Chennai-based InterviewDesk was founded in 2018 by former senior recruiter at Amazon, Pichumani Durairaj, It is built to disrupt traditional recruitment methods and works on a unique concept of outsourced interviewing. It is an interview-as-a-service platform solving worldwide tech-hiring, helping companies build their engineering team faster.
The startup has seen 400% year-on-year growth in FY-2022.
The startup’s clients include companies like Byju’s, Rupeek, Ally, Jupiter Money, Glossier, CoinSwitch Kuber and Jubilant FoodWorks.
