Merak Ventures, a VC firm specializing in early-stage investments, announced that it has spearheaded a pre-seed funding round worth Rs 4.5 crore in Helium.
The additional funds will be judiciously allocated to assemble a highly skilled workforce and enhance the product offerings of Helium. The company’s objective is to establish partnerships with leading e-commerce businesses worldwide, with a specific emphasis on the North American market.
Helium is an AI platform that integrates product and visitor information into e-commerce websites, aiming to enhance their conversion rates. This round also saw participation from angel investor Alok Mittal.

Helium partners with top brands in the fashion and consumer tech industries to develop intelligent collection and product landing pages. Helium utilizes AI to categorize each product and UI element, comprehending their context based on anonymized behavioral interactions of visitors.
