[Funding alert] Happy Nature raises Rs 6 cr in pre-series A round

Happy Nature, a tech-enabled direct-to-home startup has raised Rs 6 crore in its pre-Series A funding round from investors.

The startup plans to use the funds to build an emphasis on branding, marketing and customer experience for the startup.

The Delhi-based Happy Nature was founded in 2018 through the collaboration of Sahil Chopra and Parth Birendra’s Happy Moo and Vikas singh and Vishal’s Doozy Farms.

The startup aims to serve the purest dairy and snack products to discerning customers in a convenient and efficient manner.

“We closed a pre-Series A round for INR 6 crore through a family office and angel investors, and our annualised rate of return (ARR) for FY22 is INR 18 crore. With a present client base of over 40,000 and more than 6,000 daily purchases, we aim to grow this customer base to over 1.5 lakh and more than 15,000 daily orders in the upcoming 12 months, increasing the ARR to INR 40 crore”, said, Vikas Singh, Co-founder of Happy Nature.

According to the startup’s statement, revenue has grown by 500 percent in less than 24 months and the brand is becoming more popular among consumers and investors.

“The funding will give us the much-needed boost to focus on both mass media and tactical digital campaigns by creating a differentiated brand identity through lively packaging, interactive social media presence, and a strong focus on customer delight”, said, Sahil Chopra, co-founder of Happy Nature.
