Platform for content-to-commerce Lauren Bloomer, the former CEO of Becca Cosmetics, has been named president of the Good Glamm Group’s international division.
Lauren will lead the Good Glamm Group’s global growth and expansion in her new position. She has 23 years of vast expertise in the consumer goods and cosmetics industries.

Lauren most recently held the position of CEO at Becca Cosmetics. Previously, she held significant global marketing positions at Clinique and Estee Lauder. Her professional experience also encompasses roles in strategy and brand management at The Clorox Company and the Boston Consulting Group, where she refined her abilities in go-to-market activation, omnichannel development, and brand building. Lauren graduated with a bachelor’s in economics from Dartmouth College and an MBA from the Wharton Business School.
The company restructured and hired a number of new executives to its C-suite, including Manan Jain as group COO, Kartik Rao as group CPO, and Kamal Lath as group CFO.
