Good Glamm Group Acquires Sirona Hygiene

The acquisition of the feminine hygiene company Sirona Hygiene by the Good Glamm Group for INR 450 crore in all-cash terms has closed.

The Good Glamm Group, which had earlier made primary and secondary investments totalling INR 100 crore in Sirona in 2021, has achieved a noteworthy milestone with this transition.

Additionally, the purchase will benefit Sirona's employees by means of accelerated ESOP vesting, according to The Good Glamm Group.
