Venture Catalysts has appointed Sidhi Dalmia, a former Goldman Sachs executive, as a partner and co-lead of their new fund, VC Grid.

Venture Catalysts has appointed Sidhi Dalmia, a former Goldman Sachs executive, as a partner and co-lead of their new fund, VC Grid.

According to the venture capital firm, Dalmia has played a pivotal role in propelling the establishment of VC Grid in recent months and solidifying its value proposition in the investment landscape.

According to the company statement, she has coordinated fundraising efforts across a variety of industries, including technology, retail, FMCG, logistics, distressed assets, and infrastructure. She has also negotiated cross-border M&A transactions, facilitated venture capital investments, and given strategic advice to startups.

“She brings considerable experience and expertise in venture capital, early-stage investments, and building sustainable businesses, in addition to her financial savvy and leadership abilities. We look forward to working with her as we aim to boost the value for family offices/ legacy businesses and entrepreneurs”, said Apoorva Ranjan Sharna, founder and managing director of Venture Catalysts++.
