Ghost Kitchens India Acquires The Shy Tiger

Ghost Kitchens India disclosed that it has acquired The Shy Tiger, an Ahmedabad-based cloud kitchen firm.

Where's My Burger, Pizza Never Lies, Punjab Di Gaddi, KBOB's, and The Black Chimney are among the five brands that Ghost Kitchens has bought, as ET reported.

Karan Tanna, CEO & founder, Ghost Kitchens said, "The acquisition solidifies Ghost Kitchens' foothold in the Gujarat market while providing a platform for further expansion and growth. We also saw this as an opportunity to scale its brands and expand our presence in the Gujarat market. "

Through this acquisition, Ghost Kitchens will become more recognized in Gujarat by incorporating its current brands into the framework of The Shy Tiger.

Ghost Kitchens hopes to generate an annualised income of about Rs 200 crore in the next two years by expanding their company-owned and managed footprint, introducing celebrity brands, and entering the retail space.
