[Funding News] Gen AI Startup Simplismart Secures $7 Mn Funding Round from Accel

In a funding round headed by Accel, Bengaluru-based generative AI firm Simplismart has raised $7 million.

The business hopes to grow its workforce, increase operations, and advance its technology using the money it raised.

The funding will also help the business grow its clientele across a range of industries and expedite its go-to-market plan.

Previously, investors such as Anicut Capital, Sunn91, First Cheque, and Shastra VC provided seed money to the firm. The report from Entrackr estimates Simplismart's valuation in the round at about $35 million.

A novice and an expert can work together to train and track machine learning models on different kinds of data and use cases using the startup's web platform.

The goal of Simplismart is to make it possible for companies to develop production-grade, scalable AI systems without requiring them to write any code.
