[Funding News] Futwork Secures $2.5 Mn Series A Funding Round Led by Michael & Susan Dell Foundation , Artha Ventures, Simile Capital, and Others

In its Series A round, which was led by the Michael & Susan Dell Foundation and included Artha Ventures, Simile Capital, and other investors, sales outreach platform Futwork has raised Rs 20.9 crore, about $2.5 million.

The company will utilize the new funding to enhance its financial position, as well as to satisfy its growth objectives and enhance its working capital, as indicated by the filings.

Michael & Susan Dell Foundation led the round with Rs 14.17 crore, while Artha Ventures, Simile Capital, SCI Bureaux, We Founder Circle, and angel investor Abhishek Goyal collectively invested the remaining amount.

To raise Rs 20.9 crore or $2.5 million, the board of Futwork has approved a special resolution to issue 50 equity and 8820 preference shares at an issue price of Rs 23650 each.

Futwork assists businesses in the establishment and growth of their outbound contacting teams without incurring any fixed costs. It facilitates a diverse array of telephony applications, including the collection of customer feedback, the scheduling of sessions, and the demonstration of products.
