In its recent Series A round, the road and transport logistics company Vahak from Bengaluru received an undisclosed amount of funding from Work Universe.
Through its AI-powered booking platform, Vahak, which was founded in 2019 by Karan Shaha and Vikas Chandrawat, enables a transport marketplace with over 10 lakh+ GST and Aadhar verified transporters, expands transport business across India, and increases profits.
Vahak had previously secured $14 million in June from Nexus Venture Partners, Fundamentum, iSeed Ventures, Leo Capital, RTP Global, and Titan Capital as part of its Series A round.
“Digitally-driven logistics services are the need of the hour to reduce India’s logistics cost. Through our community platform, we are improving the lives of truck drivers with better fleet management, easy return load bookings, and benefits like escrow payments and new value-added services going live soon”, Karan Shaha, CEO and Co-founder at Vahak, said.
Vahak is more than just a product company. They are a fast-paced and well-funded startup that currently has the largest online transport marketplace community. With over 10 lakh+ Indian transporters on their platform, they aim to be more than just a product – they want to revolutionize the way B2B transportation happens in India!
With the Vahak app, users can book loads and lorries from a live transport marketplace with over 10 lakh+ GST and Aadhar verified transporters, expand transport business across India, and increase profits. Logistics is the backbone of the Indian economy, and they’re here to strengthen it by providing users with the technology for booking trucks and loads online.
