A $1.0 million investment round has been closed for SuprSend, a notification infrastructure technology that enables developers to create and scale product notifications across all channels. BoldCap is leading the current round, which also includes notable angel investors, FortyTwo.VC, Titan Capital, and All In Capital.

The money will go toward hiring experts to innovate on the platform and advance its growth through evangelising among developers and marketing it.

“We are on a mission to help businesses build product notifications across multiple channels without spending massive engineering resources and time and help them deliver the right user experience. The funding will help us to accelerate that. We are excited that we have found partners who share our vision”, Co-founder of SuprSend, Nikita Navral said.

Nikita Navral and Gaurav Verma co-founded the business in January 2022, and its main office is in San Francisco. The necessity to create and manage numerous notification channels is eliminated by SuprSend.

“With so many channels and vendors present today, notifications have become complex to manage and scale. Companies build an orchestration layer which is either incomplete – leading to too many or too few notifications to the end user, or requires 10-15 engineers to make it sophisticated. With SuprSend, developers get a ready orchestration layer that takes care of integrations, routing, user preferences, compliances, logging, and scaling, at the same time Product Managers get a no-code tool to design and analyze all notifications centrally,” Gaurav Verma said.

Product managers may own templates, branding, and delivery rules without involving developers thanks to SuprSend’s unified platform, and they can assess performance without having to log into various platforms.

“Developers hate grunt work, but today they still spend a significant amount of time integrating and managing every notification and communication platform individually. Today it’s not a notification delivery problem, it’s a notification fatigue problem that needs to be resolved with a smart delivery system. Currently there is an explosion of such communication platforms, companies spend a lot of time and effort to manage this internally and we realized this is a global problem”, Sathya Nellore Sampat, General Partner BoldCap said.

“With the blast in communication channels in recent years, companies are realizing that they need to pay attention to the user experience around notifications which is not a simple delivery system anymore. We are seeing teams dedicated to notifications in large companies as an indicator of the same,” said Bipin Shah, who is Partner at Titan Capital.
