Walgreens Farms, a firm that specialises in packaged food, is seeking to secure $4.3 million (36.2 crore Indian rupees) in debt capital from more than twelve investors.
Walgreens Farms is issuing 9.57 Lakh (9,57,216) compulsory convertible debentures (CCDs) to S Gupta Family Investments, Saket Agarwal, Reena Singhal, Sanjeev Agarwal, and other individuals.
Walgreens Farms offers a range of packaged food products, including nutritious snacks, sauces, dips, morning cereals, non-dairy milk, and protein drinks.

Walgreens Farms has secured over $59 million in finance to far, with notable support from Peak XV Partners, Investcorp, and Anicut Capital.
The loan deal follows a previous funding round in September 2022, where the business raised INR 22 Cr through a combination of debt and equity from Anicut Capital. Before that, it secured $17 million in September 2021 from Investcorp, a previous investor in Swiggy.
