Corporate Warranty India has provided VOC Automotive with INR 1.5 crore in funding, for a startup in the two-wheeler service industry. India Pvt Ltd (CWI).
VOC Automotive provides a wide variety of services, such as general and significant servicing, painting, denting, and specialised coatings, at a 30% reduced cost compared to typical service centres. The startup also implemented an industry-first extended warranty programme, which includes a six-month warranty for engine oil replacement and a two-year warranty for other significant services.

The VOC Smart Rider app and the VOC Smart Dealer app are among the company’s digital initiatives. The former allows customers to reserve services for doorstep delivery or at the closest VOC service centres, while the latter aggregates hyperlocal service centres to improve accessibility.
Additionally, VOC is emphasising strategic partnerships with petroleum companies, OEM companies, EV companies, and insurance companies to address accidental claims. Furthermore, the VOC Smart Rider app intends to onboard 10,000 customers this fiscal year, and the startup will shortly introduce a vertical for the purchase and sale of pre-owned two-wheelers.
VOC Automotive addresses a critical void in the market: the high cost and limited proximity of authorised service centres for two-wheelers. Despite their modest origins, both founders acknowledged the challenge of maintaining two-wheelers without incurring costly expenses. As a result of this realisation, they developed a solution that integrates affordability, accessibility, and quality.
