Growth equity company Venturi Partners has acquired a $ 27 million stake in K12 Techno Services from Navneet Learning LLP, a division of Navneet Education Limited.

"Navneet Learning LLP (a subsidiary of Navneet Education Limited) has agreed to divest a 5.12% stake in K12 Techno to Venturi Partners for INR 225.18 crores," Navneet Education stated in a stock exchange filing on Wednesday, as reported by Entrepreneur.com.

The organization serves numerous educational institutions in the cities of Hyderabad, Chennai, Mumbai, Bangalore, Gurgaon, Kolkata, and Pune by offering end-to-end services.

More than 300K students are enrolled in more than 800 private educational institutions around India under various brands, according to the platform, which offers full-stack education-related services to these schools.

K12 Techno Services Pvt. Ltd. started its operations in the year 2012 with its head office in Bangalore, Karnataka.
