Helios Investment Partners has led a primary and secondary financing round that has raised Rs 850 crore (approximately $101.8 million) for M2P Fintech, an application programming interface (API) infrastructure platform.

Atlys, a visa processing platform, has secured $20 million in its Series B funding round, which was co-led by Peak XV (formerly Sequoia Capital India) and Elevation Capital. Existing investors, as well as new investors like Headline and DST Global, participated in the round.

Giva, an omnichannel jewelry startup, has secured an extended Series B round of Rs 100 crore ($12 million) from Premji Invest. This marks the organization’s inaugural fundraising event of 2024.
