[Funding News] RPSG Capital Venture Closes Fund II at Rs 550 Cr

RPSG Capital Ventures, an early-stage consumer venture capital fund, has announced the closing of its most recent Fund II, which was valued at Rs 550 crore.

The majority of the fund’s investors are domestic, including family offices, wealthy individuals, and seasoned professionals from the consumer sector. The anchor investor, RPSG group, has doubled their initial commitment in addition to other returning investors from its prior funds.

Up to this point, RPSG Capital Ventures has invested in sixteen businesses, including The Souled Store, Supertails, Perfora, mCaffeine, Vedix, SkinKraft, Plix, and True Elements, among others.

RPSG primarily invests in Series A rounds, with first checks ranging from Rs 10 to Rs 40 crore, in the food and beverage (F&B), beauty, health and wellness, entertainment, lifestyle goods, and consumer enabler sectors within the digital consumer ecosystem.
