[Funding News] Investment Firm Finvolve Closes Maiden Fund At INR 100 Cr

According to founder Apoorva Vora, Finvolve, a joint venture between India Accelerator and Finolutions, concluded its two initial funds with a combined capital of Rs 100 crore.

According to Apoorva Vora, Finvolve wants to invest at least Rs 25 lakh in 25–35 sector-neutral firms. The two initial funds have the format of Alternate Investment Funds category-1.

Finvolve collaborates with over 100 wealth managers nationwide. After the company was founded in July 2022, it began operating with roughly 11 syndicated deals in December 2022.

The organisation owns 21 investments total between the syndicate and the funds, including stakes in businesses including Matter, a manufacturer of electrical motorcycles, and Advance Mobility, a ridesharing platform.

Apoorva Vora, founder of Finvolve said: “We intend to be a solely B2B player in the angel investments space, raising capital only from the wealth management community… wealth managers understand the risk profile of the end investor the best and they have access to large client families,”
