Doceree, a healthcare startup, has secured Rs 113.5 crore (approximately $13.6 million) in funding from Creaegis, an Indian private equity firm.

Doceree's regulatory filing, which can be accessed from the Registrar of Companies, indicates that the board has passed a special resolution to issue 10 equity shares and 2,4300 CCPS at an issue price of Rs 4,672 per share in order to raise Rs 113.5 crore.

It is crucial to note that Doceree has for the first time received its investments in its local India entity. The company had utilized its holding entity in the United States to receive all funding prior to this round.

Doceree has raised more than $50 million to date, with $35 million of that amount coming from its Series B round, which was led by Creaegis. The company previously secured $11 million in a Series A round in 2022, which was led by Eight Road Ventures.

Doceree is dedicated to providing pharmaceutical and life-sciences companies and healthcare media agencies with solutions that enable them to connect with healthcare professionals (HCPs) within their networks, thereby improving patient health outcomes.

Last year, Creaegis concluded its inaugural fund at approximately $426 million (Rs 3,500 crore). Medikabazaar, Zopper, and Kale Logistics are among the companies in its portfolio.
