[Funding News] CURRYiT Secures Rs 4.5 Cr Seed Funding Round

CURRYiT has officially concluded its most recent financing round, securing a total of Rs 4.5 crore.

The firm intends to utilize the acquired funds to expand its operations, improve brand marketing initiatives, and fortify its distribution networks.

The funding round was spearheaded by a group of investors, which included RK Family Trust from the Apollo group, Tangent Advisors, Freeflow Ventures, as well as notable angel investors including Ramesh Damani from the DMart group, Ajaya Jain, and other angel investors.

CURRYiT provides an extensive selection of culinary pastes in India, encompassing curry pastes such as Kashmiri Rogan Josh, Butter Masala, biryani pastes, ginger garlic paste, tomato purees, and instant tadka.

The firm asserts that it caters to more than 25,000 pin codes on a daily basis and has experienced a growth rate of over 50% month-on-month on Q-commerce platforms.

By expanding its production capacity and distribution, the company intends to boost its monthly income fourfold during the next 6 months.

CURRYiT takes pride in its state-of-the-art FDA and ISO-certified production facilities, which include over 40 rigorous quality tests.
