Zeropearl VC, a micro-venture capital firm led by Bipin Shah, former managing partner at Titan Capital, has announced the final close of its first fund at INR 159 crore (approximately $18 million).
The pre-seed VC firm said the fund was oversubscribed, raising 3.5 times its initial target of INR 80 crore. Over half of the capital came from 18 unicorn founders and 21 entrepreneurs from listed or IPO-bound companies, while the remainder came from global funds-of-funds and select family offices.

About Zeropearl VC
Founded in 2024 by Shah, Zeropearl VC will focus mainly on consumer and GenAI startups. According to Bipin Shah, the firm plans to make just 12–15 high-impact investments (about 8% of its fund) each year and help portfolio startups secure strong Series A term sheets within 15 months of funding.
Shah brings over 14 years of early-stage investing experience, having backed companies like mamaearth, Credgenics, InVideo, Giva, CityMall, Beardo (acquired by Marico), Oziva (acquired by HUL), and SuprDaily (acquired by Swiggy).
The fund’s closure comes as the Indian startup ecosystem continues to grow rapidly, with investors increasingly backing early-stage startups and new founders across emerging sectors.
