Zealthix raises $1.1 Mn in seed round led by Unicorn India Ventures

Zealthix, a SaaS-based healthcare platform has secured $1.1 million in a seed funding round led by Unicorn India Ventures, with participation from AlphaGen Venture Capital.

The startup plans to use the funds for expansion, boosting revenue, and investing in technology.

“Having built businesses, which created categories such as BeatO (first in Condition/Care/Disease Management space) & BookMyCab (first in cab aggregation space), we are driven by our passion of making Indian Healthcare Ecosystem more digitized, streamlined and interoperable. Be it OPD or In-patient experience, as customers, we encounter broken systems, offline processes and poor experience,” said Abhishek Kumar, CEO of Zealthix.

“The government, too, is looking to digitise the healthcare ecosystem. Providers are looking to become more technology-efficient. The timing and support we are getting from the ecosystem is tremendous. We want to contribute in our own ways to help various stakeholders with technology, workflow, digitisation & AI adoption,” Kumar added.

Founded in 2023 by Abhishek Kumar and Avinash Gupta, Gurugram-based Zealthix is a SaaS-based healthcare startup that helps payers and insurers offer OPD and comprehensive health plans to their users.

The company provides a cloud based middleware platform that connects fragmented healthcare systems and simplifies the delivery of health plans. By automation workflows and reducing complexity, it enables insurers to curate and manage OPD and comprehensive plans more efficiently.

The platform also builds digital infrastructure and supports a cashless OPD network, creating a seamless, tech-driven experience for users.

Over the past 12 months, Zealthix says it has added 20 paying customers, including insurers, brokers, and care plan providers. It has also launched its OPD stack with several customers, partners, and insurers.
