Wyser Capital logs first close of Rs 200-crore Agentic artificial intelligence fund

Agentic AI-focused fund Wyser Capital has announced the first close of Rs 50 crore for its first fund.

The fund was started by Suresh Vaswani, Supria Dhanda, and Satyakam Mohanty. It plans to raise a total of Rs 200 crore over the next 18–24 months.

Out of this, Rs 120 crore will be fresh funding, while Rs 80 crore will be raised through a green shoe option. The fund will invest Rs 2–5 crore in each startup and will also provide additional funding to selected companies in its portfolio.

Dhanda said the fund has already closed two investments in the warehouse sector. It will focus on startups working in vertical AI, tools and infrastructure, and enterprise-focused physical AI, especially in areas like healthcare, retail and ecommerce, supply chain, and logistics.

This fundraising comes at a time when India is seeing a rise in AI-focused venture capital funds due to the growing interest in AI. In recent years, several new funds have been launched, including Activate, SenseAI, and Boundless Ventures. Some existing funds, such as Upekkha and Together Fund, have also shifted their focus from software-as-a-service to AI.

By focusing on applied and agent-based AI use cases, the fund plans to back startups that use advanced technology to solve real-world problems. Through this approach, Wyser Capital aims to become an early partner for founders building scalable AI businesses in important industries.
