Wint Wealth said it will use the capital to expand its range of corporate bond offerings, capitalise its NBFC arm, which currently has assets under management (AUM) of INR 200 crore, strengthen investor education initiatives, and scale its technology and operations to achieve deeper market reach.

“With over INR 8,000 Cr raised and 3 Lakh investors on our platform, we are leading the charge to make bonds accessible, easier to invest in, and far more rewarding for millions of Indians,” Kulkarni said.

Founded in 2020 by Ajinkya Kulkarni, Abhik Patel, Anshul Gupta and Shashank Chimaladari, Bengaluru-based Wint Wealth allows retail investors to invest in fixed-income products such as corporate bonds, securitised debt instruments, and non-convertible debentures (NCDs) asset classes that were largely limited to institutional investors earlier.

The firm operates as a SEBI-registered Online Bond Platform Provider, enabling individuals to access listed bonds digitally.

The startup has been focusing on building a transparent and regulated marketplace for debt investments as more retail investors look beyond equities and mutual funds for stable returns.
