Uniphore, a conversational automation unicorn company has raised $260 Mn (around INR 2,279 Cr) in its Series F funding round led by NVIDIA.
The round also saw participation from AMD, Snowflake, and Databricks, along with existing investors NEA and March Capital.
The funding round values Uniphore at $2.5 billion, the same valuation it reached when the startup became a unicorn in February 2022.
Uniphore stated that the funds will be used to enhance platform capabilities, grow partnerships, and scale global operations across the Americas, EMEA, and Asia. The company also plans to pursue acquisitions, including Orby AI and Autonom8, to strengthen automation and data capabilities.
