TurboHire raises $6Mn in Series A round led by IvyCap Ventures

TurboHire raises $6Mn in Series A round led by IvyCap Ventures (1)

TurboHire, an AI-powered recruitment automation platform for enterprises, has raised $6 million in Series A funding round led by IvyCap Ventures.

The startup will use the new funds to expand globally, improve its product, and grow further within the HR tech space.

Earlier, in 2022, the startup raised $2 million in a Pre-Series A round co-led by Pentathlon Venture Capital and The Chennai Angels.

Founded in 2019 by Deepak Agrawal, Rakesh Nayak, and Gaurav Kumar,  the Hyderabad-based TurboHire uses agentic AI to automate the entire recruitment process for enterprises. Its AI-driven tools simplify hiring from start to finish.

The startup says it has onboarded over 120 enterprise clients, including Cipla, Tata Motors, PwC, lenskart, Britannia, and large groups like RPG Group, Motilal Oswal Group, and ola (ANI Technologies).

TurboHire aims to make hiring faster, more accurate, and efficient by cutting down manual work and reducing time-to-hire. It helps enterprises fix recruitment inefficiencies with a smarter, data-driven approach to finding talent.
