Taxi’na, a ride-hailing startup has raised Rs 1.5 crore in a new funding round from Navyug Global Ventures.
The startup plans to use the proceeds to expand its fair and sustainable ride-hailing model, benefiting both drivers and passengers while supporting micro-entrepreneurs in the industry.

Founded in 2022 by Pinku Bharathi, Taxi’na is changing india’s ride-hailing landscape with a zero-commission model, allowing drivers to keep 100% of their earnings while ensuring fair prices for passengers.

The Chennai-based startup offers a subscription-based model similar to a franchise. Drivers pay a fixed monthly fee for unlimited access to Taxi’na’s platform and technology, with no hidden charges. This ensures stable earnings without daily uncertainties.
Taxi’na claims to be the only platform with an LOI to operate auto services in Chennai. It has over 45,000 drivers and 75,000+ passengers and currently operates in Chennai, Salem, Tiruppur, Erode and Coimbatore.
