Stylework Raises Rs 30 Crore Series B Round

Gurugram-based Stylework has raised Rs 30 crore (around $3.39 million) in its pre-Series B funding round led by Equentis Angel Fund.

The round also saw participation from Karekeba Ventures, Cogniphy AIF Fund, and other existing investors. 

The startup will use the funds to improve its AI-powered SaaS marketplace, grow in India and abroad, and hire new leaders in product, business, and enterprise growth. It also plans to invest in tools like predictive analytics, usage dashboards, and systems that help operators and partners manage workspace portfolios.

“With this fundraise, we plan to deploy about 20–25% towards taking our aggregation tech into Southeast Asia and the Middle East over the next two to three quarters, followed by expanding into Europe through inorganic acquisitions before launching there,” Sparsh Khandelwal, Founder and CEO of Styleworks said.

Founded in 2016 by Sparsh Khandelwal, Styleworks brings together flexible workspaces on its online platform and offers coworking memberships, private offices, and managed spaces. Its platform now lists over 4,000 workspaces in 125 cities, sourced from more than 650 operators, including major brands like WeWork India, Awfis, Innov8, and Springboard18.

The startup is also looking at acquiring other companies in India and the Middle East to grow faster. It has already expanded to Australia.

The startup became PAT positive in March and ended FY25 with an EBITDA of ₹2 crore and a PAT of ₹1 crore. For FY26, it expects a PAT of ₹3–4 crore, net revenue of ₹45–50 crore, and a GMV of about ₹400 crore.
