SteamPRO raises Rs 3.8 crore seed funding round

Bath-tech startup SteamPRO has raised Rs 3.8 crore in seed funding in a round led by Anicut Capital.

The round also saw participation from Zeropearl VC, D2C Insider Super Angels and Atrium Ventures, with participation from other strategic angel investors. 

The funds will be used to grow in-house manufacturing, expand nationwide service operations, and create a range of new hydro wellness products.

Sumir Chadha and Pravir Chadha, Co-founders of SteamPRO, said in a statement, "We believe the daily shower is the most overlooked opportunity for rejuvenation in modern life. While the world has spent billions on gyms and wearables, we ignored the one space where we are most present with ourselves. SteamPRO is more than a product; it is a commitment to 'Water Joy', the belief that your daily ritual should be the pinnacle of your day. This is a platform play. The bathroom is our most personal space but one of the last to be reimagined. We’re making it a space for healing, ritual, and water joy.”
