Khari Foods, a clean-label snacking brand has raised Rs 3 crore (around $350K) in a seed funding round led by Meri Punji IMF Private Limited.
The funds will be used to boost R&D, develop new products faster, grow the team, and expand marketing and distribution—especially in tier I and tier II cities.

Founded in 2022 by Yash and Sunil Bansal, Khari Foods makes healthy snacks like Ragi Crispies, Oats Crispies, Jowar Puffs, and date-based treats — all free from palm oil and maida. These products are aimed at health-conscious people aged 20–40 in cities and small towns.
Khari Foods has found early success by staying bootstrapped and profitable from the start. With its own manufacturing unit in Haryana, the brand controls quality and supply chain processes. This setup allows them to innovate quickly and maintain consistent product standards.
The brand is set to grow its annual revenue by 208% in FY25. It has stayed bootstrapped and profitable since the beginning.
