Six Sense Mobility Raises $4.8 Million to Set Up New Electronics Manufacturing Facility

Deeptech startup Six Sense Mobility has raised approximately $4.8 million (₹44 crore) in a Pre-Series A funding round led by well-known investor Ashish Kacholia, with additional participation from its existing backer, Piper Serica Angel Fund.

The company plans to use the newly raised funds to set up a new electronics manufacturing facility in Noida, which will have an initial annual production capacity of 1 million units. In addition, the startup will invest in strengthening its research and development and engineering teams, while also improving product quality, testing processes, and regulatory compliance standards.

Founded in 2022 by Sumit Roy, Kapil Rao, and Narendra Kumar Verma, Six Sense Mobility designs and manufactures hardware, firmware, and software solutions for automotive original equipment manufacturers (OEMs) and fleet operators. The company operates with in-house design and manufacturing capabilities to deliver smart mobility solutions.

Its client base includes major OEMs such as Volvo Eicher Commercial Vehicles and Sonalika Tractors, for whom it develops and supplies components like advanced telematics control units, body control units, and intelligent implement control systems.

This investment will enable us to accelerate product development and scale production significantly,” CEO Roy said.

The IIT Delhi-incubated startup had earlier raised ₹6 crore in a seed funding round led by Piper Serica in 2024.
