Shreetech Raises $4.5 Mn from Aarii Ventures, Cello Family Office

Digital infrastructure firm Shreetech Data Pvt. Ltd has raised $4.5 million from Aarii Ventures, the investment arm of the Kothari family, and Cello Family Office. 

The funds will be used to grow its operations in data centers, power infrastructure, and in-house equipment manufacturing.

Founded in 1998, the Mumbai-based Shreetech offers complete infrastructure solutions, including design, construction, technical audits, IT integration, and lifecycle management. It focuses on three main areas: data center and digital infrastructure, power infrastructure, and manufacturing of mission-critical components.

The company reports revenue growth from ₹88 crore in FY21 to ₹613 crore in FY25, achieving a CAGR of 62%, largely driven by its data infrastructure business.
