Rotoris, an analog watch startup has secured $3 million in a seed funding round led by zerodha co-founder Nikhil Kamath, actor-investor Vivek Anand Oberoi, Venture Catalysts, 100 Unicorns and Tanmay Bhat.
The funding round also included participation from over 30 founders, such as Varun Alagh of mamaearth, Gaurav Khatri of Noise, Siddharth Dungarwal of Snitch, Nitin Jain of OfBusiness, Vishesh Khurana of Shiprocket, Chirag Taneja of GoKwik, Akash Gupta of zypp, and Arjun Vaidya of Dr. Vaidya’s.

The funds will be used to strengthen manufacturing and assembly, improve engineering processes, expand supply chain partnerships, build initial inventory and hire teams across product, design, and branding.
Founded this year by Aakash Anand, Prerna Gupta, Anant Narula and Kunal Kapania, Gurugram-based watch brand Rotoris plans to launch commercially in January 2026 with five collections Auriqua, Monarch, Astonia, Arvion and Manifesta.
Rotoris also plans to launch its first physical experience store in New Delhi, serving as both a retail outlet and a brand showcase.
The company is positioning itself as an engineering-led analog watch brand focused on mechanical movements and in-house assembly.
Rotoris will offer limited, numbered watches featuring sapphire crystal, automatic and quartz movements, and 316L stainless steel cases.
