Refold AI raises $6.5 million in seed round from Eniac Ventures, Tidal Ventures

Refold AI, an enterprise AI startup has raised $6.5 million in a seed funding round from Eniac Ventures and Tidal Ventures.

Refold AI said in a press release that the funds will be used to expand the engineering team, improve product integrations and support its growing enterprise customers.

“We were spending more time managing chaos than building software. We started Refold with a simple idea: integrations are repeatable and cumbersome; they should not need humans,” said Jugal Anchalia, Refold’s co-founder and CEO.

“As we enter the agentic era, enterprise integrations stand out as one of the most compelling and valuable use cases. For decades, companies have burned billions on brittle, bloated workflows. Refold has rebuilt the stack from the ground up to make integrations seamless and intelligent, and the market is already catching on,” said Hadley Harris, Founding General Partner at Eniac Ventures.

About Refold AI

Co-founded in 2023 by Jugal Anchalia and Abhishek Kumar, the Bengaluru and San Mateo-based Refold AI’s technology helps companies save part of the $350 billion they spend yearly on manual integrations and consulting. Its platform manages workflows like ERP to CRM syncing, finance automation, and supply chain operations. ERP handles back-office tasks like finance, while CRM manages sales and customer service.

Refold AI works with over 30 enterprise customers and 1,500 active users, processing more than 30 million API calls each month. The startup was founded by the team behind JustDoc, who faced integration issues in large SAP systems, where small changes caused costly downtime.

Refold plans to expand its integration options and make deployments smoother for companies upgrading their AI systems. Its Bengaluru engineering team will grow by around 10 more hires by the end of the year.
