Ranbir Kapoor, Badshah Invest in Smart Ring Startup GABIT

Gabit, a Health tech startup, has raised an undisclosed amount in a funding round from Bollywood actor Ranbir Kapoor and musician Badshah. 

Additionally, several angel investors joined the round. The startup also brought Kapoor on as its brand ambassador three months ago.

About GABIT 

Founded in 2022 by Gaurav Gupta and Aparna Shahi, The GABIT Smart Ring tracks fitness, sleep, stress, and nutrition, giving users a real-time, integrated view of their health. 

It features an AI health coach (PEP) and voice-based food logging for daily tracking. The titanium ring is water-resistant and offers 7–10 days of battery life.

In 2023, the startup raised $9.5 million in a seed round, backed by investors including Norwest Venture Partners, Eternal founder Deepinder Goyal, and CRED founder Kunal Shah.
