B2B procurement startup Prowrrap has raised Rs 4 crore in a seed funding round led by Calance Software and angel investor Amit Govil, an IIT Varanasi alumnus.
The startup aims to raise a Series A round within the next 18–24 months to boost its growth further.
The funds will be used to enhance technology for smarter procurement, expand distribution networks across India, and focus on quick commerce, fresh and natural produce (FnV), e-commerce, and MSME segments.

Founded in January 2024 by brothers Sagar K. Saxena (IIM Lucknow, formerly with Swiggy) and Rishabh K. Saxena (IMT Ghaziabad, formerly with Bira91), Prowrrap is a design-to-distribution procurement platform that simplifies supply chain operations for MSMEs and fast-growing enterprises.
