Prosperr.io raises $4 million from Jungle Ventures, others

Prosperr.io, an AI-led tax management infrastructure startup, has raised $4 million in a seed funding round led by Jungle Ventures. 

The round also saw participation from Yatra Angel Network, Sadev Ventures, and other investors. 

The funds will be used to speed up product development, enhance AI capabilities, and grow B2B sales operations. The company is also considering expanding into related areas like wealth management.

Since its inceptionthe company has raised a total of $5.55 million. In August last year, Prosperr secured $1.55 million in a pre-seed round led by Gokul Rajaram, a board member at Pinterest and Coinbase.

“We are trying to ensure that whatever financial requirements a salaried individual has — whether taxation or wealth planning — Prosperr is the subscription-based platform to address their day-to-day needs,” cofounder and chief executive Manas Gond said.

“Tax is one of the most under innovated layers of financial infrastructure, and the complexity only compounds as individuals earn across multiple streams and businesses operate global workflows,” said Rishab Malik, partner, seed investments, Jungle Ventures.

Founded in 2022 by Manas Gond and Dev Kumar, Prosperr.io provides AI-powered software for tax planning, compliance and employee reimbursements for individuals and businesses.

With automated deductions, filings and corporate tax workflows, the platform simplifies financial management, offer subscription based advisory for consumers and streamlined solutions for enterprises.

The company has about 150 employees and reports an 80% retention rate among individual users, with full retention across its enterprise clients.
