Three PharmEasy founders — Dharmil Sheth, Dhaval Shah and Hardik Dedhia — have started a new venture called All Home, focused on architecture and interior design.
All Home plans to team up with brands in the interior design space by investing in them and offering support like technology, online-based manufacturing and distribution, and market insights.
Among the three founders, Dharmil Sheth will focus on operations, Dhaval Shah will handle brand building, finance, legal, compliance and HR, while Hardik Dedhia will lead the technology side.

Sheth, Shah and Dedhia stepped down from their day-to-day roles at PharmEasy in January. At the time, the company said they would stay involved as board members or observers but would no longer handle daily operations.
The Mumbai-based company has raised undisclosed funding from Bessemer Venture Partners at a valuation of over $120 million, co-founder Dharmil Sheth said.
The round also saw participation from notable angel investors such as Siddharth Shah (PharmEasy), Niket Shah and Shalibhadra Shah (Motilal Oswal), Kabir Narang (B Capital) and Ankur Gulati (Warburg Pincus).
So far, All Home has partnered with three interior decor brands — Colour Coats, House of W, and Fiamarc — and plans to add three more in the coming weeks, said Dhaval Shah.
He noted that India’s $60-billion interior and home improvement sector is largely unorganised and lacks strong, well-known brands in categories like sanitaryware, furniture, kitchens and wardrobes, furnishings, lighting, and home hardware.
“Consumers are increasingly willing to invest in their living and working spaces, yet often lack access to the appropriate channels and products. Our platform aims to address this gap,” Shah said.
Bessemer Venture Partners’ partner Anant Vidur Puri said, “The home infrastructure and interior design sector in India is at a pivotal inflection point, driven by rising aspirations and disposable incomes across the country. Despite its size, the market remains highly fragmented and underserved, with consumers and designers facing persistent challenges around quality, transparency, and efficiency.”
