Baby Care Quick Commerce Platform OZi has raised $3.3 million in its seed funding round led by Blume Ventures.
The round also saw participation from Huddle Ventures, Bipin Shah’s Zeropearl VC, Untitled, and a host of angel investors, including Gaurav Ajmera (CBO of Pristyn Care and founder of Vetic), Abhinav Sinha (COO of OYO and founder of Kluizz), Dhyanesh Shah (cofounder of Mosaic Wellness), Gian Singh (cofounder of Mi Arcus), Ramakant Sharma (cofounder of Livspace) and Naman Mawandia (cofounder of magicpin).
The new funding will help Ozi expand into more cities and broaden its product range. The company also plans to strengthen its logistics network to maintain its 30-minute delivery promise while growing brand partnerships and product variety.

The startup is led by Arushi Arora (formerly of Urban Company and BCG) and Charishma Motwani (formerly of Cars24 and BCG), bringing strong consumer and tech expertise.
OZi began operations in September, currently serving Gurugram, and plans to use the funding to expand to more cities and increase its SKU range.
The startup offers products from brands like Cetaphil, Nestle, Huggies, and Chicco, with its app available on both Android and iOS.
