Noise, a smartwatch and connected lifestyle brand has raised $20 million from US-based audio equipment major Bose Corporation.
This is the company’s second funding round since it started. Bose had earlier invested $10 million in 2023, when the company was valued at about $420 million.
The company hasn’t shared its current valuation for this round.
The company plans to use the funds for daily operations, growth, brand promotion, working capital and other activities approved by the board.

Amit Khatri, Co-Founder, Noise in a Linkedin post said, “Thrilled to share that Bose has reinvested $20 million in Noise. Last year, we welcomed Bose Corporation as a strategic investor—and their belief in our vision helped us push the boundaries in wearables and audio innovation.This isn’t just about funding—it’s about building value, scale and experiences that truly resonate with the next generation of consumers.”

About Noise
Founded in 2014 by Amit and Gaurav Khatri, Noise, known for selling smartwatches and audio products, earned Rs 1,431 crore in revenue for the year ending March 2024. Even though revenue stayed the same as the previous year, the company faced a net loss of Rs 20.1 crore.
