Gaming and sports media company Nazara Technologies announced that it has entered into a share subscription agreement with its subsidiary Datawrkz to buy 4,959 CCCPS for INR 15 crore in cash.

Nazara said the investment in Datawrkz will provide growth capital to support both organic and inorganic growth, improving its capabilities and expanding its presence in the digital advertising ecosystem.
In a filing with the stock exchanges, the company said it has signed a share subscription agreement with Bengaluru-based Datawrkz to buy 4,959 compulsorily convertible cumulative preference shares (CCCPS) for INR 15 crore in cash.
