Naxatra Labs Raises Seed Funding Led By Delhivery founder, others

Naxatra Labs, an electric vehicle motor technology startup, has raised an undisclosed amount in a seed funding round led by GVFL, Mohit Tandon (founder-Delhivery) and Himanshu Aggarwal (founder- Aspiring Minds).

Other participants included Nithin Kamath’s Rainmatter Foundation, Paytm’s Vijay Shekhar Sharma, ixigo co-founders Aloke Bajpai and Rajnish Kumar, ather energy’s Narayan, and others.

The company plans to use the raised funds to expand its team in R&D and production. 

The company also said it is receiving increasing international interest in its products and has started the process of certifying them to meet global standards.

Abhilash Maurya, CEO and Co-founder of Naxatra Labs, said, “We are thrilled to welcome all value-adding investors to Naxatra Labs. The recent funding announcement comes as more capital flows into the electric vehicle sector, driven by supportive regulations and growing demand for electric two-wheelers and three-wheelers and creating a promising market for companies like Naxatra Labs.
