Matrimonial Portal Jeevansathi To Infuse Rs 30 Cr In Its Subsidiary Aisle

Info Edge-owned matrimonial site Jeevansathi will invest Rs 30 Cr (around $3.5 million) into its subsidiary, Aisle Network Private Limited.

This investment will help cover Aisle's working capital needs and will be made within 30 days of approval.

As part of the deal, Jeevansathi will buy 12,293 equity shares of Aisle, with a face value of Rs 10 each, at a premium of Rs 24,388.19. 

After the investment, Info Edge’s share in Aisle, through Jeevansathi, will increase to 92.83% (up from 89.17%).

 “This is to inform you that Jeevansathi has in its meeting of the board of directors held today, March 17, 2025, agreed to invest an amount of about INR 30 Cr in its subsidiary Aisle Network Private Limited, a step down subsidiary of the company,” Info Edge said in an exchange filing today.

Founded in 2014 by Able Joseph and Sarath Nair, Aisle is a dating startup with a main website and app, along with regional and cultural apps like Anbe, Arike, Neetho, and Jalebi. 

For the financial year ending March 2024, Aisle reported Rs 34.8 Cr in revenue and a Rs 27.42 C net profit, up from Rs 31.4 Cr in FY23.
