Loop AI Raises $14 Mn in Series A Round Led by Nyca Partners

Loop AI, an enterprise AI platform, has raised $14 million in a Series A funding round led by Nyca Partners.

The round also included investments from Gokul Rajaram, Base10, Afore Capital, Converge, Alumni Ventures, Data Tech Fund, John Pepper, 9Yards Capital, and Operators Studio. As part of the deal, Osama Bedier, investment partner at Nyca Partners and former google and GoDaddy executive, will join Loop AI’s board.

Loop AI will use the new funding to expand its products and hire more employees at its offices in New York, San Francisco, Tampa, and Bengaluru.

Founded in 2022 by Anand Tumuluru and Sundar Annamalai, Loop AI offers an enterprise AI platform for restaurant and retail back-office operations, helping brands manage delivery, finance, operations, and marketing through automation.

The platform aims to boost margins while scaling delivery and takeout, one of the fastest-growing channels in the industry.

The company works with over 300 brands and thousands of restaurant locations across the US. Since 2024, it has grown sixfold, driven by adoption among mid sized and large chains including Lazy Dog and Starbird to improve delivery performance and operational efficiency.
