Longevity startup Biopeak raises $2.7 Mn led by NKSquared

Biopeak, a healthtech startup, has raised $2.7 million in a follow-on funding round led by NKSquared, the investment vehicle of zerodha cofounder Nikhil Kamath.

This is Kamath’s second investment in the company, following his $1.43 million funding of the health optimisation startup in August 2024.

The funds will help Biopeak grow its operations, including opening a new clinic and improving diagnostics, AI tools, research, and clinical programs. The startup also plans to hire for its clinical, research, product, and operations teams and strengthen connections with global advisors for protocol development.

"Since our last fundraise, we conclusively proved we can attract clients and deliver outcomes. Around August, we started our second flagship store while building capabilities in new diagnostic tests and AI-driven diagnosis for personalised programs. All this requires investment to further validate product-market fit and scale our systems," said, Rishi Pardal, founder and CEO at Biopeak.

"Longevity and well-being interest is exploding across newspapers, social circles, and web searches; people have intent and awareness," he added.

Founded in 2025 by Rishi Pardal and Shiva Subramanian, Bengaluru-based Biopeak uses AI-driven molecular diagnostics, imaging, and expert-led programs to help clients optimize their healthspan. The startup offers a “family health office” approach, providing personalized plans to extend healthy years.

Its platform combines advanced tools such as organic acid profiling, microbiome mapping, whole-exome functional genomics, salivary cortisol tracking and imaging (MRI, CT, DXA, ECHO). Biopeak’s clinics deliver specialized care with actionable insights on nutrition, sleep and stress.

The startup focuses on high achievers, executives and women, using a mix of diagnostics, specialist teams, wearable data and AI insights tailored to indian biology and disease patterns. Its model emphasizes early risk detection, continuous monitoring and interventions to improve performance and resilience.

Over the past year, Biopeak has expanded its client base and clinical offerings. It opened a clinic in Bengaluru last year and plans to launch a second one next month.
