Legal tech startup Nyayanidhi raises $2 Mn in seed round

The startup plans to use the new funds to grow its network of advocate partners, improve its AI products, and expand its presence. Part of the fdundswill also be used to strengthen partnerships with the government.

Legal tech startup Nyayanidhi raises $2 Mn in seed round

Nyayanidhi, a legal tech startup has raised $2 million (around INR 17.7 Cr) in its Seed funding round led by 3one4 Capital.

Other investors include DeVC, PeerCheque, Force Ventures, and a host of angel investors, including Jar cofounder Nishchay AG.

The startup plans to use the new funds to grow its network of advocate partners, improve its AI products, and expand its presence. Part of the fdundswill also be used to strengthen partnerships with the government.

“… Unlike vertical AI SaaS, Nyayanidhi partners with advocates to be the humans-in-the-loop who verify AI-driven knowledge work and deliver accurate legal services in hours… We believe technology can remove much of the uncertainty that slows down legal processes. By combining data, process discipline and collaboration with advocates, we want to make legal work more open, uniform and goal-focused,” said cofounder Adithya. 

Sonal Saldanha, Principal at 3one4 Capital, said Nyayanidhi was “addressing a real gap in India’s legal ecosystem” by focusing on measurable results and making litigation more reliable.

About Nyayanidhi 

Founded in 2024 by Adithya LHS, Chakshu Masagali, and Pratik Pany, Nyayanidhi uses AI to help advocates automate legal documents, court filings, and multilingual translations. The platform also works with lawyers to use their expertise, while its AI system manages litigation processes automatically.

According to the company, Nyayanidhi has already piloted its services at several High Courts and enterprises, handling thousands of litigation cases.
