Lab-grown diamond startup Coluxe raises funding from friends and family

Coluxe, a lab-grown diamond startup, has raised an undisclosed amount in its friends and family funding round.

The round also saw participation from investors including Startup Sherpas, Ajai Chowdhry, Tej Kapoor, Sairee Chahal, Kunal Chowdhry, Rachin Dewan, Kunal Milwani and others.

The company said the fresh proceeds will help with its digital launch in August 2025 and support the growth of its product range and infrastructure. The online store is set to go live with over 300 products.

Coluxe said it’s also talking to venture capital firms as it prepares for its upcoming seed funding round.

At the same time, consumer behaviour is evolving—women are now self-purchasing and seeking everyday fine jewellery that reflects their identity, not just tradition. About Coluxe

Coluxe was founded earlier this year by Priyanka Gill, former executive at Good Glamm Group and Kalari Capital. The brand offers lab-grown diamond and gemstone jewellery designed for everyday wear, including rings, earrings, pendants, bracelets and stackable sets.

At its launch in February, Coluxe shared plans to introduce AI-powered virtual try-ons, customizable designs and personalized shopping experiences. 

The company aims to build a strong retail and digital presence with certified products, full traceability and easy return and exchange policies.
