Jupiter International Gets Rs 500 Cr Investment To Boost Solar Capacity

Solar solutions provider Jupiter International Ltd has raised an investment of Rs 500 crore from ValueQuest SCALE Fund and its affiliates to boost solar manufacturing expansion.

The company runs a 1 GW solar facility in Baddi, Himachal Pradesh and plans to expand its capacity to 5.6 GW for solar cells and 2.4 GW for solar modules, it said in a statement.

It will use the current Rs 500 crore funding along with its own earnings, to support this expansion.
