Infra.Market, a platform offering construction products and services, is raising Rs 1,049 crore (about $125 million) in its Series F funding round.
This comes after finishing the last part of its Series E round in September 2024.
Infra.Market's board has approved a plan to issue 49,149 compulsory convertible preference shares at Rs 2,13,439 each to raise Rs 1,049 crore (around $125 million), according to a filing with the Registrar of Companies.
The Series F funding round is part of a pre-IPO initiative and is structured in two parts: Rs 498 crore (Series F) and Rs 551 crore (Series F1).

The first part of Rs 498 crore ($60 million) is led by Tiger Global, which is investing Rs 211 crore. Evolvence Group and Fundamental Fund are also contributing Rs 168 crore and Rs 119 crore, respectively.
This marks a major investment from Tiger Global, which has been less active lately. In 2024, it made only two investments—Wiz Freight and Jupiter’s NBFC arm—both as an existing investor.
The second part of Rs 551 crore is still to be completed, with contributions to expected from Capri Global, Eudora Ventures, Kangaro Industries, SVV Limited, Premratan Exports, Verity Knowledge and individual investors like Ashish Kacholia, Nikhil Kamath, Abhijit Pai, Sumeet Kanwar, Nuvama, Dimpy Kanwar and Sapna Vig. Tiger Global, Evolvence and Fundamental Fund might also participate in this tranche.
