Homegrown full-stack gut wellness brand Lifechart has raised $360,000 in an extended seed funding round for its gut health brand Guttify.
The round led by Prajay Advisors, the family office of the founders of Unichem Labs, Prakash Mody and Jayendra Shah.
Lifechart has now raised over $1 million in total funding. This includes the latest $360K round and a $500K seed round from October 2024, backed by Expert Dojo, Agility Ventures, Sunn91 Ventures, government seed schemes and angel investors like Nitish Mittersain and Ahana Gautam.

The startup will use the funds to boost research and development for diagnostics, expand its distribution and grow the product range for both Guttify and Lifechart.
About Guttify
Founded in 2022 by Mukul Shah and Mansi Sharma, Guttify is a gut health brand focused on India's urban population in Tier I and III cities. It follows a diagnosis-first approach, offering easy-to-use at-home testing kits and science-backed, herbal-based solutions. Its first product—a pH saliva test for acidity—is already available, with more kits starting at just ₹99 set to launch soon.
Guttify and Lifechart aim to create a complete gut wellness ecosystem that is science-driven, tech-enabled, and rooted in Ayurveda—making personalized gut care simple and affordable for every Indian.
